Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all purchases made through Summers Beauty, including orders placed by licensed professionals. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing the checkout process.

If you receive an incorrect product or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

To assist us in resolving the issue efficiently, we may request photographic or video proof of the incorrect or missing item(s).
Upon verification, and at our sole discretion, we may issue a replacement for the affected item(s). Refunds or exchanges will not be provided.
